Australia’s plants and animals are under threat
It’s up to us – people who adore our native wildlife and want them around for future generations – to take action.
Thank you for using your voice.
So much damage has been done – but by working together as a global community, we can protect the nature that still thrives, and restore much of what’s been lost.

There’s a beautiful synergy between the Bogong moth and the Mountain pygmy possum, showing how the lives of our wildlife can intertwine in ways that amaze us.
Yet the Bogong moth is in decline.
The Bogong moth is one of 56 Australian threatened plants and animals added to the international red list of threatened species – with big repercussions for the critically endangered possum that depends on it.
With a donation today, you can help unite and hold accountable governments worldwide ensuring they take greater, urgent action for forests, rivers, animals and the precious web of life that sustains all of us.
The news of even more Australian plants and animals at risk of extinction is deeply troubling.
The five-yearly State of the Environment report is due out in early 2022 and is expected to reveal even further declines in the health of our incredible plants, animals and ecosystems.
The good news is we know exactly what we need to do to turn this around. It’s time our leaders listened – and got on with it.
Chip in today to help end extinction, protect ecosystems, our ancient landscapes and our amazing wildlife are found nowhere else on Earth.
Together our voices are powerful.
